This package is designed for women & men who are experiencing difficulties conceiving. The package includes 6 massage therapy sessions & 6 hypnotherapy sessions. Focused on Fertility
Whether you are currently undergoing treatment for fertility or are trying to conceive unassisted, this course will help you create a better focus on your fertility. Using hypnosis, we will journey into the subconscious to gain a better perspective on your fertility issues. In addition to hypnosis, each week we will discuss a variety of topics including relaxation techniques, nutrition, exercise and the power of your mind.

Loving Touch Infant Massage
There is no better way to bond with your baby than through your loving touch. There are also many health benefits for your baby including strengthening & regulating the digestive, respiratory & circulatory systems. (approx. 2 hrs)

Tools for the Birthing Partner
An empowered birthing partner is a supportive birthing partner. In this unique 3 hour course we will teach you a variety of comfort techniques to support mom during pregnancy, labour and post-labour.

Hypnosis for Childbirth
This unique 4 week intensive course will prepare both the mom-to-be and her birthing partner for labour and delivery. Some of the topics discussed include:
· Pain management tools (self hypnosis)
· Other uses for hypnosis – it’s not just for pain management!
· Valuable information for pregnancy, birth & postpartum
· Reducing fear and anxiety
· Discussion around different types of childbirth (home birth, medications, Cesarean)
· Preparation for unexpected circumstances
· The stages of birth
· Postpartum topics (breastfeeding, postpartum depression, etc.)

The classes are 3 hours each & meet once per week. The classes are small, to keep a comfortable setting which encourages discussion and sharing.

Chakra Healing Certification Program™ - Level One
This unique & in-depth course is the first level in the Chakra Healing Certification Program™. It is the culmination of years of research & working with chakras, as well as channellings from healing guides & a Master-level guide.
In this 8-week course you will obtain in-depth knowledge about the basic (7) chakra system, chakra balancing and more. Some topics covered include:
· Meditations to open each chakra
· Physical manifestations of chakra blocks
· Psychological manifestations of chakra blocks
· Emotional manifestations of chakra blocks
· Spiritual manifestations of chakra blocks
· How to assess the difference between excessive energy &
insufficient energy in a chakra

Reiki I
All Reiki training at Balanced Body Mind Spirit follows the teachings of the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. In Reiki I, you will learn:
· The history of Reiki
· Precepts of Reiki
· Hand positions
· Basic knowledge of the chakra system
· How to give Reiki to yourself, others and all living things
· How to ground & protect your personal energy field
Upon completion of the course, you will be attuned to the Reiki level one energy & receive a certificate of achievement of the first level fo Reiki.

Reiki II
In Reiki II, you will learn:
· The Reiki symbols
· Distance healing
· Emotional release techniques
· How to scan energy fields

Reiki Master
The Master level training is a one-on-one mentoring program, which has two main components.The first is instruction on:
· The Master symbols
· Teaching tools & symbols for all levels of Reiki
· How to give attunements for all levels of Reiki
· Spiritual cleansing
The second is co-facilitating Reiki level one and two classes. By the time you have completed the Master training you will be a confident Reiki Master/teacher and practitioner. You will be attuned to the Master level energy & receive a certificate of achievement of the Master level of Reiki.
