Focused on Fertility

Whether you are currently undergoing treatment for fertility or are trying to conceive unassisted, this course will help you create a better focus on your fertility. Using hypnosis, we will journey into the subconscious to gain a better perspective on your fertility issues. In addition to hypnosis, each week we will discuss a variety of topics including relaxation techniques, nutrition, exercise and the power of your mind.  

3 weeks (2.5 hours per week) - $200

There is no better way to bond with your baby than through your loving touch. There are also many health benefits for your baby including strengthening & regulating the digestive, respiratory & circulatory systems. (approx. 2 hrs)

Tools for the Birthing Partner

An empowered birthing partner is a supportive birthing partner. In this unique 3 hour course we will teach you a variety of comfort techniques to support mom during pregnancy, labour and post-labour.

Hypnosis for Childbirth

This unique 4 week intensive course will prepare both the mom-to-be and her birthing partner for labour and delivery.  Some of the topics discussed include:

·        Pain management tools (self hypnosis)

·        Other uses for hypnosis – it’s not just for pain management!

·        Valuable information for pregnancy, birth & postpartum

·        Reducing fear and anxiety

·        Discussion around different types of childbirth (home birth, medications, Cesarean)

The classes are 3 hours each & meet once per week.  The classes are small, to keep a comfortable setting which encourages discussion and sharing.
